Valuation Report
A valuation of a property, residential or commercial for a variety of reasons provides a fair and up to date opinion of market value with brief comment regarding the condition of the property.

RICS Homebuyer Survey and Valuation
Carried out to a set standard format as prescribed by the RICS and is most suitable for normal domestic properties built within the last 150 years.

Covers all major aspects of property and will provide information on any significant defects or urgent repairs. The report includes information on the local area and also provides the surveyors opinion of the current market value of the property.

Report is delivered to the client as a fully bound document with a range of full colour photographs and explanations of any technical terms used.

Building Survey & Valuation
A comprehensive report that examines every possible facet of the property. Will be a completely detailed report, including all defects and indeed plus points in an easy to follow and logical style.

Covers all major aspects of the property and will provide advice as to the cause of any defects and the remedial action that needs to be taken.

Report delivered to the client as a fully bound document with a range of full colour photographs and explanations of any technical terms used.
