Surveys are carried out by Jeremy Thomas, a qualified and experienced surveyor with 27 years industry experience.
We are a completely independent surveying firm and work hard to provide our clients with clear, impartial and expert advice. Our reports are written in plain English and have an easy to follow and logical layout. All reports are provided with a range of supporting photographs.
When instructions to carry out a survey are received we aim to book the survey inspection in within 48 hours. When the property has been inspected the report is then dictated on site and sent for typing. The report is then checked and the final version is then uploaded together with the photographs to a cloud storage system and a link is sent to the client. A hard copy of the report is also sent in the post.
Using this system we are able to provide our clients with the full report, all the photographs as well a further range of approximately 50 fact sheets providing general information on property related issues the day after the survey inspection.
