Structural Report Jeremy provided us with a very precise and detailed report on a property and was very helpful. Would recommend to anyone Me and my partner are first time buyers and as expected we are completely nervous about purchasing our first home. Jeremy from RT building surveyors was recommended by my partners mum as she had recently moved and could not fault the company at all. We received the same 5 star treatment, a appointment was arranged on the first day of contact, any queries I was able to get in touch with the companies secretary. The survey was completed on a Friday and by Monday we received by email a clear and descriptive report with any recommendations to pass to our vendor, completely put our mind at ease with clear instructions. Later in the week we recieced a paper copy and a dvd copy through the post. Would recommend to anyone.

First Class Service We asked Jeremy to undertake a full structural survey on a cottage we were considering purchasing. We chose this company because the cost was competitive and it offered the opportunity to be present while the survey was being done. We found this extremely helpful as Jeremy was able to talk to us at length about his findings - in a lot more detail than could be written in a report. He also gave us his views on how the cottage could be extended and modernised which was great. We appreciated the time that Jeremy was prepared to spend with us to answer our questions. The survey took place very soon after our initial enquiry - on a Friday and we received the report on the following Monday.
